National institute of open schooling Delhi is a social initiated programme established by a NGO in New Delhi for serving the disadvantaged, Uneducated boys/girls/old and poor population as well as Minorities of all over INDIA and abroad.
National institute of open schooling Delhi is a self autonomous, independent brand is runned & managed by a NGO for good cause.
Education programme conducted by the Council are in strict conformity with the Constitution of India and Law of the land under Article 19(1) G, 29 & 30(1) u/s 2(g).
Affiliation & Recognisation License under section 8(1A) of the Companies Act, 2015.
National institute of open schooling Delhi has applied to various Board/Council for seeking their permission for further studies to the passed out the candidates through this council.
Under Human Rights Protection Act 1993, autonomous bodies have been given special protection & consideration.
The Council trustees/members has the constitutional right under article 19 (1) (g) to pursue any profession or any occupation and running teaching institutes have been included as part of occupation as held by honorable Supreme Court in T.M.A. pai foundation vs. Delhi (SC) 2015 (2) sct 385.
It is Govt. recognised under Indian Education Act under article 19(1)g, 29 & 30 of the Constitution.
Letter issued by MHRD: It is informed that Ministry of Human Resources Development does not give recognition to education board, It is also informed that Ministry of HRD does not regulate the setting up of education boards.
If  I / my institute / school /academy/ student have any dispute with the National institute of open schooling Delhi, it will be resolved through the committee. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties, direct court will not be permissible.
